Silenced Cries of Palestine
Edited from original by Sharon Mooney
Silenced Cries of Palestine [VERSE ONE] In Gaza's streets, where children play, an evil shadow looms, a tragic fate. [VERSE TWO] Innocent souls, their lives so frail, Torn apart and stolen, by cruel Israel. [VERSE THREE] Each little life, a precious light, amidst the darkness, yet, hope survives. [CHORUS] Mothers weep, their tears a plea, For peace and justice, Palestine must be free. [VERSE FOUR] For Palestine's children, Let us pray, That their voices may rise, come what may. May their cries echo through the night, And guide us towards a path of light. [CHORUS] Mothers weep, their tears a plea, For peace and justice, Palestine shall be free.

Silent Cries In Gaza's streets, where children play, A shadow looms, a tragic fray. Innocent souls, their lives so frail, Torn apart by a cruel travail. Bombs explode, shattering dreams, Leaving behind a haunting screams. Tiny bodies, broken and cold, A story of sorrow, yet untold. Their laughter silenced, joy replaced, With pain and fear, a haunting trace. Each life extinguished, a precious light, A loss that fills the world with blight. But amidst the darkness, hope survives, A flicker in the hearts of those who strive. Mothers weep, their tears a plea, For peace and justice, a future free. For Palestine's children, let us pray, That their voices may rise, come what may. May their cries echo through the night, And guide us towards a path of light. Let us remember, in our hearts and minds, The innocent victims left behind. May their memories forever inspire, A world where children's dreams never expire.
